We are currently seeking experienced Medical Assistants to join our team in McAllen, TX!

Schedule: 1st shift ; M-F

Pay: $12-$14/hr paid weekly

Responsibilities:

• Interview patients and document basic medical history.
• Organize and schedule appointments.
• Answer calls and provide exceptional customer service to patients.
• Update and file medical records and insurance reports.
• Take patient vital signs and prepare examination rooms.
• Assist physicians and nurses with routine clinical tasks.
• Perform administrative duties such as billing, coding, and insurance verification.
• Arrange hospital admissions and laboratory services.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a medical assistant role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced
